This guide will walk you through the seamless process of setting up and administering assessments to your candidates. Follow the steps below to ensure a smooth experience:

Step 1: Set Up the Job and Assessment Workflow

  1. Log into Your Account:

    • Visit [Your Company's Recruitment Portal] and enter your login credentials.
  2. Create a New Job:

  4. Move Eligible Candidates:

    • In the candidates' list, select the eligible candidates and move them to the assessment workflow stage.

Step 2: Prepare Assessment Questions and Details

  1. Create Assessment Questions:
    • Develop a list of questions, along with their respective answers and point allocations. Ensure the format aligns with your assessment objectives.

Step 3: Contact SeamlessHR Support

  1. Send Assessment Details:

    • Compose an email to support@seamlesshr.com. Include the list of questions, correct answers, and corresponding points for each question.
  2. Include Job and Workflow Information:

    • Mention the job title and the associated assessment workflow for reference.

Step 4: Assessment Upload (Estimated Time: 24-48 Working Hours)

  1. Processing Time:

    • Our support team will process the assessment upload within 24-48 working hours of receiving the details.
  2. Confirmation Email:

    • Once the upload is completed, you will receive an email confirming the readiness of the assessment.

Step 5: Administering the Assessment

  1. Access the Assessment:

    • Log into your SeamlessHR account, navigate to the job, and select the assessment workflow.
  2. Invite Candidates:

    • Send out invites to candidates in the workflow to take the assessment.
