This certification ensures that administrators have the knowledge and skills to configure, maintain, and optimize the system efficiently.

The certification evaluates candidates on various aspects of SeamlessHRMS, including but not limited to:
  • Human Resource Information System (HRIS)
  • Leave Management
  • Performance Management
  • Payroll Management

How to Take the Certification

To earn the SeamlessHRMS Product Champion Certification, candidates must participate in the structured testing process. This involves taking monthly assessments to gauge understanding and mastery of the platform.

Test Schedule and Requirements

  • Tests are conducted every month after each course.
  • To qualify for certification, candidates must complete at least six (6) tests.
  • A minimum passing score of 80% is required for each test.

Certification Awarding

Once a candidate has completed six (6) tests by December 2025 with the required minimum score in average, they will be awarded the SeamlessHRMS Product Champion Certification. This certification proves their expertise in the usage of the SeamlessHRMS Suite.
