These are the updates that have been made on the Recruitment Management System (RMS). The major updates are: An improved ATS and Advanced Filter on RMS ATS.

We're excited to introduce Saved Filters, a game-changer for recruiters and hiring teams who spend too much time rebuilding the same complex searches across the platform.

  1. Save your favorite filters: Capture your current filter setup with a custom name and choose who can see it—Private (just you), Team, or Company-wide
  1. Quickly reuse them: Access and apply saved filters instantly on ATS (List & Kanban views), Talent Pool, Jobs, and Audit Trail pages.

  1. Easy management: Edit names, update visibility, refresh filter details, or delete as needed.
  2. Simple, intuitive UI: A "Save current filters" button, plus a handy "Saved Filters" dropdown with visibility icons for quick access.
