RELEASE NOTE FOR PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT V1 1.0 - PIP

This release introduces a robust Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) feature designed to help HR teams and managers drive employee growth through structured performance management. The PIP workflow empowers organizations to identify performance gaps, set clear objectives, track progress, and document outcomes, ensuring fair, transparent, and data-driven performance interventions

1.On the settings Module, Admin can setup PIP configuration

 

2.On the appraisal period creation form, Admin sets up automated PIP.

3.For Automated PIP, on the Appraisal/review tab > PIP tab. Based on the setup score, Line Managers and Admin can see the list of all employees and their PIP status. Line Manager can approve or reject PIP.

4.Create Manual PIP

Based on settings, Line Manager or Admin can create PIP manually by clicking on the "Add Employee" Button.

5.Both Automated or Manual, the User is required to fill the PIP form for employees, Also, based on settings, employees can Create PIP goals (Improvement Plans) and this is after Line Manager or Admin has create the Areas of concern, check-in frequency and issue description.

6.After PIP is created, all permitted users can view the Scheduled check-ins per PIP.

7.Once the check-ins are completed, PIP appraisal is automatically created.
