PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT RELEASE NOTE (JULY 2025)

We have new feature releases and updates to existing features, designed to create a more streamlined experience on the Performance Management module. Please see the details of these features below:

1. Confirm & Decline objectives request from list page:
As an Admin, Supervisor or HOD, Go to Objective request Module > Objective request list > Click on Actions to see the options.
2. Admins assigning peers when automatic selection is activated:
Admins can now assign peers when automatic selection for 360° Appraisal is selected.
Go to Appraisals Module> Appraisal/Review > Click to Assign peers.
3. Adding participants to ongoing appraisal:
Admins can now add employees to ongoing appraisal periods.
Go to Appraisal cycle, click on an ongoing appraisal period, click on the actions button to see the option to "Add participants".
