HRIS RELEASE NOTE MARCH 2025
This release note address several bug fixes and feature improvements for a better client experience.
- Understanding Paygrade Change Optimization Time
When employees are redeployed to a new branch or location, their existing time in their previous role and paygrade will now be retained. This means their job role and paygrade is not reset.
2.Password Management Enhancements
We've improved our password experience by reducing the time employees are locked out after using wrong credentials four times to 15 minutes.We have updated the lockout message to provide clearer instructions for users.
"You've reached the max login attempts. Your account is temporarily disabled. Please wait 15 minutes to try again."
3. User Experience Enhancements
i. The "Add/Bulk Add Employee" button has been changed from the side navigation to the main Employee List page. This streamlines the employee onboarding process.
ii. The "Payroll Resync" button has been changed to "Resync", contributing to a cleaner and more intuitive user interface.
iii. The employee list table has been improved for better usability; the "Profile Completeness" heading is now "% Profile"
iv. The Search and Filter feature is now separate, users can now search by employees' names and Staff ID

v.We've updated the system to make it easier to manage clients' organizational structure. "Job Management" has been renamed to "Company Structure" and moved from the HRIS sidebar to the Company Settings page.

vi. To enhance the usability of the HRIS for our clients, we've updated the name of "WorkDay Setting" to "Departmental Schedule." This change provides a more accurate and descriptive label for this feature
