Page Load Optimization
We have implemented performance optimisations to reduce load time on several pages in the HRIS module. For example, the Employee List page, Contract List Page, Redeployment request Page etc., is part of our ongoing effort to improve overall speed and user experience.
Additionally, we’ve updated the appearance of various tables in HRIS to align with the new improved look being rolled out across all SeamlessHR modules. While the table functionality remains the same, you’ll notice visual enhancements such as updated font sizes, additional action buttons, and improved button colors for a more modern and consistent look.
Pending Profile Update Request is now Visible on Employee List Page
We have made a change to how profile update requests are managed; Profile update requests have been removed from the general request list. Admins can now view pending profile updates directly on the Employee List page using the filter option.
Please note that the pending profile update option is beside the status option on the filter list.
The red icon indicating pending approvals remains visible on affected employee profiles.

The lettering, filters, search and colors and icons have been improved, e.g. the "Action" button usually displayed on the right-hand side for admins to carry out different action on employees has been changed to an ellipsis for more cleaner interface.
ii. Contract List Page

2. Select All Employees at Once Feature.
Admins now have the option to select employee per page or select all employees at once on the Employee List page—eliminating the previous limitation of selecting employees page by page. This update simplifies bulk actions.
Please note that the select all option displays when you check the box for Name & ID
