HRIS RELEASE NOTE FOR AUGUST 2025 (ii)
We are pleased to share the updates made on login experiences, dynamic fields increase and account verification emails sent to admins. These improvements is to ensure a more seamless experiences for our users.
1.Login Improvement
We have enhanced the login process to help users understand why they might be unable to access the system at specific periods. Previously, users received a generic message like "You are not activated", which did not provide enough context.
This improvement is designed to enhance clarity for users and empower them with clear, actionable information, reducing the need for additional support.
With this update, the system now displays specific error messages based on the actual issue.
i. When users are blocked from accessing the system by their admin;
If a user's access has been blocked by their Admin, the message will clearly state that their login is restricted, and they should contact their Admin (HR) for assistance.

ii. When users are on leave and their access is blocked;
On Leave: If a user is currently on leave and system access is disabled, the message will clearly indicate that they are on leave and cannot access the system at this time.

iii. When users are sanctioned or facing disciplinary actions and their access is blocked;
Disciplinary Action: If a user is facing a sanction or disciplinary action that affects system access, the message will inform them that they are currently restricted from logging in due to ongoing disciplinary measures.

2. Increase of dynamic field from 15 to 25
We have increased the limit of dynamic fields from 15 to 25 to better support clients—especially those in other markets, who require additional statutory or business-specific fields.
Dynamic fields allow admins to create custom fields across various employee profile tabs such as Family, Account Details, and Certification etc.
These fields can also be configured using different input types such as Text only, Numbers only and Date only

3. Account verification notification to admins;
Admins will now receive a secure URL in their in-app notification, which directs them to the list after they authenticate by logging into their server. This change enhances security and ensures the data is accessed within the system. Previously, admins received the list of unverified account numbers as a CSV file via email. This process has now been updated.
