How to update an employee contract

Follow the steps below to update an employee contract.

  1. Launch the HRIS

  2. Select employee list from the left pane 
  3. Click on the employees profile

  4. Switch to employment history
  5. Click on update contract to update job roles, paygrades, departments and contracts

  6. Scroll through the tabs to make the necessary changes (job roles, paygrades, departments) and save to complete the process.
