How To Set SLA Metrics For Requisition Requests
This involves the metrics to track SLA compliances of the various requisition requests made. Below are the steps to follow;
1. Launch the HRMS, switch to Admin view and locate the Requisition module.
2. Navigate to General Settings tab and click it.
3. Click on SLA Compliance.
Proceed to setup the average time it takes for an expense or service requisition to be completed.
Check and uncheck the various metrics view for the expense and service requisitions
4. Once this is completed, proceed to save the changes made.
