How to Liquidate Your Loan on your ESS

To liquidate your loan, kindly follow the steps below:

Log in to your Benefits Portal.
Click on Benefits.
On the right-hand column, select Active Benefits.
If you have more than one active benefit, you will see a list of your active benefits. Click on the benefit you want to liquidate.
The benefit details page will load, showing the breakdown of your benefit, including the amount already paid and the outstanding balance.
Scroll down and select Liquidate or Pay Off Balance.
Once you select Liquidate, the account details for making the repayment will be displayed.
Make the payment using the account details provided.
Once the payment is confirmed, the page will refresh and the loan will be liquidated accordingly.
