How to create area of concern under the PIP management
This guide shows how to create an area of concern under the PIP management. Areas of concern in a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) refer to specific, measurable aspects of an employee's job performance or conduct that are not meeting established expectations.
- Launch the SeamlessPerformance Management Application on your SeamlessHRMS.
- Click on "Settings".
- Click on "General Apprasial".
- Under general appraisal, click on "PIP MANAGEMENT"

- Fill in the title and description for the area of concern.
- Click add area of concern

- Ensure to click save when done
