How to create area of concern under the PIP management

This guide shows how to create an area of concern under the PIP management.  Areas of concern in a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) refer to specific, measurable aspects of an employee's job performance or conduct that are not meeting established expectations.

  1. Launch the SeamlessPerformance Management Application on your SeamlessHRMS.
  2. Click on "Settings".
  3. Click on "General Apprasial".
  4. Under general appraisal, click on "PIP MANAGEMENT"

  5. Fill in the title and description for the area of concern.
  6. Click add area of concern

  7. Ensure to click save when done
