HOW TO CANCEL AN APPROVED LEAVE AS AN ADMIN
Admins can cancel an employee's approved leave request provided it is YET TO START . Below are the steps to follow;
1.Login to HRMS and switch to the admin view.
2.Launch the leave module.
3.Click on leave requests.
4.Filter by "Approved" status.
5.On the concerned approved leave request yet to start, click on the action dropdown and click on cancel.
6.The cancel modal opens where you can click yes to complete the action.
Please note that you can also cancel at a future date "still before the leave start date"
Click on the future date option and you can pick the date preferred and click on "Yes" once completed.
