How To Bulk Upload Candidates To A New Stage On SeamlessHiring

Candidates can be moved from one stage to another using the bulk upload feature. Below are the steps

1.Launch the Seamlesshiring and go to "All Jobs" under the Job Management option.Screenshot 2025-05-21 at 12.37.13 PM

Then click on the current stage where you are moving applicants fromScreenshot 2025-05-21 at 12.42.06 PM

5.This opens a modal where you can download the CSV template, populate and upload back.Screenshot 2025-05-21 at 12.44.43 PM

Once uploaded, you will get a prompt showing the success of the upload.

Additionally, the feature has been improved such that error messages for the unsuccessful ones can be seen while the successful ones are still uploaded.
