How do I turn on benefits access for my employees?

This article confirms that employee benefits is already enable for employees, allowing  employees to access and use the benefits available to them through the platform.

Benefits access is already enabled for your employees. To make them eligible to access the available benefits, you simply need to disburse their salaries through the Seamless Payroll module.
  • Earned Wage Access – Active from the 1st month of salary disbursement.
  • Salary Advance – Active from the 1st month of salary disbursement.
  • Flexi Loan – Active from the 2nd month of salary disbursement.
  • Maxi Loan – Active from the 4th month of salary disbursement.

Once salary disbursements are consistently processed through Seamless Payroll, employees will become eligible for the respective benefits based on the applicable timelines.
