How Do I Check My Loan History and Active Loans?

1. On the ESS dashboard, click Benefits on the left-hand menu.
2. On the Benefits page, locate either Benefits History or Active Benefits.
3. Click View All in the lower right corner of the section you want to view.
4. Your loan records will be displayed, showing either your active loans or your loan history, depending on the section selected
5. Active Benefits displays your current loan(s), while Benefits History displays previously completed or closed loans.
