How An Employee can Edit An Approved Objective
This guide will show you how to edit active objectives as an employee.
Note: The system admin/ HR admin must give employees this permission before they can edit already approved objectives.
To get started:
1. On your ESS (Employee Self-Service), Click on 'Performance' on the top ribbon.
2. Click on 'Setup Objectives'.
3. Next, Click 'Actions'.
4. Click on 'Edit' in the drop-down options to move to draft.
5. On the Draft Objectives page, click 'Actions' on the objective list.
6. Next, click 'Edit' to edit the objective.
7. Once you are done editing, click 'Submit for Approval.
