How Admins Can Access Employee Benefits on the Breeze payer Platform
Admins who are also employees within the same organization can switch their view on the payer platform to access self-service employee benefits. This applies to admins using the same email address for both admin and employee access. Once switched to self-service view, admins can see and use benefits such as airtime, data, electricity purchases, and lifestyle loans, in addition to their regular admin duties of disbursing or making payments.
Who does this apply to?
This applies to admins who are also employees within the same organization, using the same email address to log in for both:
- Managing the Payer platform as an admin, and
- Accessing employee benefits as an employee.
What You Can Do
Once signed in, admins can switch their view to access the self-service section, where all employee benefits are available. These benefits include:
- Purchase of airtime
- Purchase of data
- Purchase of electricity
- Lifestyle loans and other benefits
You'll also be able to see the total available amount you're eligible to access across these benefit categories.
Steps to Access Employee Benefits as an Admin- Sign in to the breeze payer platform as usual.
- Switch your view to self-service.
- Review your available employee benefits, including airtime, data, electricity, and lifestyle loans.
- Check the total amount you're eligible for under each benefit category.
- Use the AI tool available to guide you through your options if needed.
Note: The figures you see will reflect what you're actually eligible for based on your accrued benefits. Demo accounts (like the one shown in the walkthrough) may not display real figures.
Admin Responsibilities Remain the Same
Switching to self-service view to access your own benefits does not affect your admin responsibilities. You can still disburse or make payments on the platform as required.
