The release introduce usability improvement on cross-subsidiary exit assignments and exit clearance upload. #### **1. Assign Exit Activities to Employees from other Subsidiaries:** Previously, admins can only assign exit activities to employees within their own subsidiary. This limitation poses a challenge for centralized HR teams or group-level admins who oversee multiple subsidiaries.   This improved feature enables cross-subsidiary exit activity assignments, improving flexibility and consistency in handling employee exits.   When searching for specific employees to assign to exit activities, employees from other subsidiaries now show up in the search.![](https://support.seamlesshr.com/hs-fs/hubfs/undefined-Nov-11-2025-07-59-58-4340-AM.png?width=670&height=419&name=undefined-Nov-11-2025-07-59-58-4340-AM.png)   **2. Clearance Exit Activity Form Upload:** In cases where an employee needs to fill out a form during an exit clearance activity, this feature lets the admin upload the clearance form template so that the employee can download, complete, and upload the form, ensuring that the activity is completed accurately.
