We’ve launched a new and improved dashboard for the SeamlessHiring ATS! 🎉
This update offers a better user experience, enhanced insights, and updated data presentation to help you make the most of your recruitment data.
Here's what's new:

NB: This release also features an improved Audit trail Tracker for better action monitoring, filtering, and export.
Old RMS Dashboard
The old dashboard does not provide insight into everything a hiring manager and HR admin need to see, requiring them to navigate different parts of the system.
On the old RMS Overview user interface, the dashboard focused on two reports:
- Recruitment Activities: This refers to the ongoing processes and actions related to hiring.
- Quick Stats: This shows the count of jobs created.
New RMS Dashboard
- The new RMS dashboard includes a list of functional features designed to assist the hiring manager and HR admin in tracking activities within the system and making quick, informed decisions. Here is the list of new functionalities below
- Keyword search: Users can now use search filters to find job applications and applicants directly in both the job pool and talent pool without having to navigate to different sections of the system.
- Total active jobs on the job pool: This represents the overall number of active jobs.
- Total jobs created this month: This represents the total count of jobs created within the month
- Job in pool: This refers to the total number of jobs created.
- Total Talent in the Talent Pool: The total number of applicants who have applied for jobs on the hiring platform.
- Number of Applicants Added This Month: Indicates the total count of applicants who applied to jobs within the current month.
- Number of Applicants Added Manually: Refers to the specific count of applicants who have been manually added to a job by the admin, using the add candidate button.
- Number of Open position: This refers to the job vacancy in the company.
- Number of Pending assessment for this month: This refers to the list of assessments that has not be completed by applicants on each job created.
- Number of Offer Letters Sent: Refer to the number of offer letters sent.
- Number of New Hires for this Month: This indicates the total count of new hires made within the current month.
- Number of Pending Interview for this month This refers to the list of interviews that not be completed by applicants on each job created.
- Number of Super Admins: This represents the total count of super administrators on the system.
- Number of Job Team Members: indicates the total count of team members involved in the job management process, contributing to various aspects of job-related activities.
- Specific Date: This allows them to sift through recruitment applications based on date.
- Frequency: This allows admins to categorise data representation weekly or monthly
- Specific Job(s): Admins can filter applications to some specific jobs.
- Admins can download this data as:
- SVG
- PNG
- CSV
Recruitment Activities: This shows activities and actions taken across jobs within the platform.
Examples are (but are not limited to):
- Changes in job settings.
- Movement across workflow stages.
- Messages.
- Document.
Recruitment summary:
- On each job tab, users will be able to view:
- Details of the total number of applications received.
- The number of offers sent.
- The percentage of applicants who applied for the job on the current date compared a day before.
3. When the user clicks on the job card, they will be able to view the following details on the job:
- Average Time to Hire
- Total applications on a job
- Number of Vacant jobs, Rejected offers, and jobs sent to applicants.
- ability to nudge job team members on pending invites and move requests.
- Information about who created and published the job, along with the respective dates.
- view the distribution of applications across the workflow stages.
This helps users gain insight into how applicants move from one stage to another in the recruitment workflow.
4. You can choose the recruitment summary for the subsidiary you want to view.
5. The page auto-refreshes every 10 sec to update the current data.
