Old RMS Dashboard

The old dashboard does not provide insight into everything a hiring manager and HR admin need to see, requiring them to navigate different parts of the system.

On the old RMS Overview user interface, the dashboard focused on two reports:

  1. Recruitment Activities: This refers to the ongoing processes and actions related to hiring.
  2. Quick Stats: This shows the count of jobs created.
