SeamlessHR Onboarding Process Flow
Follow these steps for a seamless Onboarding process Flow
- Prepare your offer letter template in the offer letter management.
- Go to Applicant Management and create an applicant.
- Decide if an offer letter of employment is compulsory. (If the offer letter is compulsory, the applicant must accept the offer letter before you can add to a recruitment batch. However, if an offer letter is not compulsory the applicant can be added to a recruitment batch).
- For applicants who offer letter acceptance on the system is compulsory, Prepare the offer letter, send for approval and then send to the applicant.
- You can also upload an already accepted offer letter on the system
- Create an onboarding template to set up onboarding tasks and activities.
- Create a recruitment batch and attach the appropriate onboarding template
- Add a created applicant to a recruitment batch
- Send login details to applicants
- Applicants will receive notifications for onboarding, applicant can view his onboarding page where he can create a password, access all onboarding activities, communicate with the admin via chat, complete onboarding activities, and mark activities as complete.
- Admin can monitor onboarding progress on the Applicant Management on the progress bar. (Note that the progress bar will not show progress rate if the applicant does not mark a task as complete)
- When onboarding activities are completed, the admin can switch the applicant to full account.
