🏆 New Features and Improvements
🎓 Candidate Edit Profile
Candidates can now edit their profiles to provide key information about themselves.
Key benefits of the Edit feature include:
-
Candidates can personalize their experience on the hiring platform with information about themselves.
-
A completeness tracker helps them see important information needed to have a complete profile
-
Some of this information are preloaded during job applications to allow for speed e.g CVs, Email, Phone number, First and Last Name.
- In-app notifications so candidates do not miss out on new information like messages from admins which when clicked, redirects candidates to the section within the application for it.

🎓 Landing Page Customization (Welcome message)
Before now, we had the “We are an equal opportunity employer; all stages of the employment process will be based on merit, competence, performance, and business” landing page message. Clients can now customize this using a character limit of 140.
Key benefits of this feature include:
-
We are entering territories that take policies seriously. Applicants can also sue companies when they judge the application process as unfair and hold the default landing page message against them. In such situations, we want clients to be able to customize this message especially if they are not an equal opportunity employer.
-
This also absolves SeamlessHR from being in a position where our product will be held responsible for misleading users.
🎓 Workflow
Improve experience during workflow creation.
🎓 Social Login
Social login allows candidates to access their profiles using their social data (Google and Linked). This means that they can either log in or sign up using Google or LinkedIn.
Admins are also responsible for setting this up by proving API keys for either/both of these two options. When set up, candidates can use either/both of these two options as set up by the admins.
Key benefits of this feature include:
- Users are not saddled with creating/recalling passwords for each client they have a profile with on SeamlessHiring to access their profiles or to continue with a job application as this problem causes over 70% of user drop-offs during registrations.
