Redeployment Settings

Inter-subsidiary redeployment refers to redeployment from one subsidiary to another, while intra-subsidiary redeployment refers to redeployment across different departments in the same subsidiary/company. 

1. Switch to Admin

2. Launch the HRIS Module

3. Click on the redeployment on the left pane.
4. Select redeployment settings.
5.  Based on your internal process, select yes or no as the answer to the question: “can employees apply for intra-subsidiary redeployment?” 
6.  From the list or already set approval workflows, select the appropriate approval workflow for intra-subsidiary redeployment. 

N.B: Kindly ensure that you set all your approval workflows in the approval workflow module
7.   Select yes or no as the answer to the question: “can employees apply for inter-subsidiary redeployment?” 
8.   Select the appropriate approval workflow for inter-subsidiary redeployment.
9.   Click the save button to complete the redeployment settings.
