How To Redeploy An Employee As An Admin
Follow these steps to redeploy an employee from the HRIS module
- Select all employees from the list
- Click on the actions button beside the employee name
- Select apply for redeployment
- Select the redeployment scope i.e. either inter-subsidiary or intra-subsidiary redeployment
- If you select inter-subsidiary redeployment, kindly select the company/subsidiary you are redeploying the employee to
- Select the employee's new department
- From the dropdown, please select the employee's new job role
- Select the proposed start/resumption date of the employee at his/her new company or department
- Input the financial entitlement for this employee if there is any
- Select the employee's new region
- Select the employee's new location
- State the reason for redeployment
- Click on the request redeployment button to complete the redeployment request
N.B After following the steps listed above, kindly click on redeployment history/requests to approve this redeployment request.
