How To Redeploy An Employee As An Admin

Follow these steps to redeploy an employee from the HRIS module

  1. Select all employees from the list
  2. Click on the actions button beside the employee name
  3. Select apply for redeployment

  4. Select the redeployment scope i.e. either inter-subsidiary or intra-subsidiary redeployment
  5. If you select inter-subsidiary redeployment, kindly select the company/subsidiary you are redeploying the employee to
  6. Select the employee's new department
  7. From the dropdown, please select the employee's new job role
  8. Select the proposed start/resumption date of the employee at his/her new company or department
  9. Input the financial entitlement for this employee if there is any
  10. Select the employee's new region
  11. Select the employee's new location 
  12. State the reason for redeployment
  13. Click on the request redeployment button to complete the redeployment request 

N.B After following the steps listed above, kindly click on redeployment history/requests to approve this redeployment request.
