This update is aimed at improving the recruitment workflow for HR teams, making job creation and applicant management easier, more accurate, and more insightful
1. Bulk upload (moving applicants): This has been enhanced such that thousands of applicants can be moved at once and any failed rows will be flagged with clear error messages

2.Applicant source chart : Recruiters can now easily track the performance of different sourcing channels. This helps to optimize recruitment marketing efforts and double down on high-performing sources. This is available under the job application dashboard.
3.Display Job Level - Job level is now visible on the Job application page

4.Expand location to city-level support : Admins can now define job locations at the city level (e.g., "Ikeja, Lagos, Nigeria") instead of just at the state level (e.g., "Lagos, Nigeria"). Additionally, location filters and search tools now support city-based queries.
5. Creating jobs from HRMS job roles : When creating a job in RMS, admins can now pull predefined job roles and descriptions from the HRMS database. Selecting a job role from HRMS will auto-fill the job details field.This will reduce data entry errors, and drastically cuts down the time required to create job postings.
6.Job Visibility : Admins creating internal job posts now have the option to make the job visible to all subsidiaries

7. Internal Recruitment Update: The UI and navigation flow for internal recruitment has been refined. This includes smoother transitions, clearer labels, and an easier way to identify and apply for internal job opportunities.
8.RMS Landing page: The RMS landing page now features a clear separation between Admin login and Applicant login. This will reduce login errors , especially for new admin users or clients onboarding their team for the first time.

9: Create job from Template : To speed up job creation, admins can now duplicate an existing job and use it as a template. All previously filled details (role, description, requirements, etc.) will be prefilled and can be edited before publishing. This pre-fills the field for job creation let's admin choose how they want to edit it to match the new job being created.
10. Add Applicants in Bulk: Admins can now bulk upload multiple applicants directly into a job opening by providing their names, email addresses and CV URL using an improved spreadsheet template. This enhancement significantly improves the speed and accuracy of onboarding candidates from offline channels, career fairs, or third-party databases.
Where to Find It:
- On the overview page or Go to a job posting in RMS.
- Click "Add Applicants" → "Bulk Upload".
- Download the template, populate it, and upload it back.
- Review the upload summary showing success and error counts.
11. In-App Notifications : Users will now receive real-time in-app alerts for key actions. This will keep recruiters and HR admins informed without needing to check their email, enabling quicker responses and better workflow awareness.
