How to Create Recruitment Batches
Follow these steps to create recruitment batches.
- Click on “Onboarding Batches” on the left panel to view all onboarding batches that have been created.
- You can edit, add an applicant and view the applicants already added to an existing onboarding batch.
- Click “Create a batch” to create a new onboarding batch.
Note - You will need to add a new hire to an onboarding batch in order to commence their onboarding process.
- Input the name of the new onboarding batch you are creating.
- Input the welcome message you want the applicant to see when they are added to the onboarding batch.
- Input the duration of the activities in the onboarding batch.(With this, an admin can set a different time frame for the employees in a recruitment batch. The duration set here overrides the onboarding time set on the onboarding template)
- Select a confirmation policy that will apply to all the members of this batch when you want to confirm them.
- Select the onboarding template that you want to apply to this onboarding batch.
- Click “Cancel” to stop creating the new batch.
- Click “Submit” to create a new onboarding batch.
