How to Setup Objective Weights to Go Above a 100%- (For BSC Framework)
Employees have the option to set objectives with weights exceeding the original 100%. However, during the appraisal calculation, the system will treat these objectives as if their weight is capped at 100%
- Launch the SeamlessPerformance Management Application on your SeamlessHRMS.
- Click on "Settings".
- Click on "BSC".

5. Create a KPI objective and you can assign weight above 100%
