From the top right on the Knowledge Base, Go to Customer Portal

Login to your dashboard

N.B If you have not received your login details, Click on Contact Admin to send an email requesting your login details. 

From this dashboard,  You can monitor your tickets- View Open/Closed tickets or File support tickets.
