Leave Settings
Follow these steps to create leave policy.
- Click on “leave settings” on the left panel.
- Click “public holidays” to view the list of public holidays created on the system.
- Click “Add Public Holiday” days to create a new public holiday.
- Input the name of the public holiday.
- Put the date of the public holiday.
- Determine whether the public holiday recurs every year or not.
- Click on “Add Public Holiday” to create a public holiday.
- Click “leave plan setting” to view where you can set up your leave calendar.
- Click on leave policy to choose the leave you want to plan.
- Click on Save” to save your leave plan setting.
- Click “Resumption setting” to view where you can set up your leave resumption approval.
- Select the approval workflow that should apply to your leave resumption
- Click on “Save” to save your leave resumption setting.
- Click “Document formats” to view where you can set up the leave accepted document format.
- Determine the leave accepted document format for proof.
- Determine the leave accepted document format for handover notes.
- Click on “Save” to save your leave accepted document format.
