Leave Settings

Follow these steps to create leave policy.

  1. Click on “leave settings” on the left panel.
  2. Click “public holidays” to view the list of public holidays created on the system.
  3. Click “Add Public Holiday” days to create a new public holiday.

  4. Input the name of the public holiday.
  5. Put the date of the public holiday.
  6. Determine whether the public holiday recurs every year or not.
  7. Click on “Add Public Holiday” to create a public holiday.

  8. Click “leave plan setting” to view where you can set up your leave calendar.
  9. Click on leave policy to choose the leave you want to plan.
  10. Click on Save” to save your leave plan setting.

  11. Click “Resumption setting” to view where you can set up your leave resumption approval.
  12. Select the approval workflow that should apply to your leave resumption
  13. Click on “Save” to save your leave resumption setting.

  14. Click “Document formats” to view where you can set up the leave accepted document format.
  15. Determine the leave accepted document format for proof.
  16. Determine the leave accepted document format for handover notes.
  17. Click on “Save” to save your leave accepted document format.
