# How to Recall Employees from Leave

## The steps below will guide you on how to recall an employee from leave;

1\. Launch the Leave application

2\. Select Leave Requests

3\. Click on the Action button beside an employee's leave request

4\. Select Recall.

State the reason for the leave recall and proceed to complete the action

N.B: The outstanding balance as at the time of the recall from leave will be added back to the employee's leave balance.

E.g if employee used 2 out of 5 before the recall, 3 days will be added back to the leave balance. Implying that the employee would have their total leave days.
