# How To View Promotion History As A Supervisor

## Follow these steps below to view promotion history as a Supervisor

1\. Switch to Supervisor view once logged in.

2\. Click on promotion history/requests on the left pane.

3\. The next page will show you employees promotion information like name, proposed annual salary, old pay grade, proposed pay grade etc.

4\. Supervisors can use the search/filter option to filter by departments, employee squads, job roles, regions, job family, cost centre, effective date type and date range.

5\. Click on edit to update changes on the promotion request.

6\. Click on view to view the details of the promotional requests.

7\. Click on delete if you would like to delete the promotion request.

8\. Click on ok to confirm to delete the promotion request.
