[SeamlessPayroll](https://support.seamlesshr.com/seamless-payroll?hsLang=en#seamlesspayroll) # How to Update Paygrades or Bulk Edit Paygrades on SeamlessPayroll ## Follow these steps to update allowances and deduction values on paygrades or bulk edit paygrades on SeamlessPayroll 1\. Launch the payroll module 2\. Click on Payroll Settings to show a drop-down list 3\. Click on Paygrades 4\. Click on Bulk Action 5\. Click on "download a format for bulk upload" to download all existing paygrades on the system in csv format template. 7\. Make all necessary adjustments or editing to your paygrades from annual gross values to Allowances and deduction calculations/values. P.S: Do not change the names of the paygrades on the downloaded template. 8\.
