How to Set Up Optional Start and End Date Fields for OKRs
Here is a step by step guide on how to set this up on your SeamlessPefromance
1. Launch the Performance Management Module
2. Click on the "Settings" Dropdown
3. Select "OKR Settings"
4. Select Add start and end date fields on the Form Field settings page.
5. Once it has been selected, click on "Save" to enable the setup.
Once this is set up, it will reflect on the end of the employee.
The Employee View will require start and end dates to be entered when setting up OKRs and Key Results as seen below;
If the start and end date field has not been set up as required, the red asterisk tag will be removed, and employees will not be required to include a start and end date while setting up their OKRs and Key Results.
