How to Take an Appraisal an an Employee (BSC Framework)
Follow the guides below to start an appraisal as an employee.
- Login to the SeamlessHR app, click on performance at the top of the page and Select the take appraisal button.
- Click on start appraisal to begin the process.
- Scroll down to each objectives and click on the input score button to input a score.
- Click on compute score at the bottom of the page after inputting all scores.
- Click on next after inputting the score.
- This is the behavioural section, click on the ratings to rate your behavioural/core values.
- Click on compute when this is completed.
- Click on next.
- Click on done to complete the process.
