How to Take an Appraisal an an Employee (BSC Framework)

Login to the SeamlessHR app, click on performance at the top of the page and Select the take appraisal button.
Click on start appraisal to begin the process.
Scroll down to each objectives and click on the input score button to input a score.
Click on compute score at the bottom of the page after inputting all scores.
Click on next after inputting the score.
This is the behavioural section, click on the ratings to rate your behavioural/core values.
Click on compute when this is completed.
Click on next.
Click on done to complete the process.
