Here is a step by step guide on how to set manual and automatic recommendations for specific appraisal periods
1. Switch to the Admin View on your HRMS and Launch the Performance Management Module.
2. Click on Appraisal Cycles
3. Create an Appraisal Cycle and Add an Appraisal Period
4. Set up the Appraisal Period and Recommendations following the video guide below.
Once this is done you're all set!
