How To Skip Countersigning Officers

These steps will help walk you through how to skip countersigning officers for those employees who do not have countersigning officers on SeamlessPerformance

A countersigning officer is the line manager of an employee's Supervisor. There are employees that might not have countersigning officers in the system especially if they are in top management. 

Follow the simple steps below to achieve this;

1. Launch the SeamlessPerformance Management Application on your SeamlessHRMS
2. Click on Appraisals
3. Click on Appraisal/Reviews
4. On the appraisal period, click on Action

5. Select 'Employees without Countersigning'

6. On any employee, Click on Action 

7. Select Skip 

This action will skip the countersigning role for the employees during the appraisal period.
