How to set up departmental objectives
Follow the steps below to set up your department objectives as an HOD
- Log in to the system and switch your view to HOD.
- Click on the objectives section by the left pane and select departments.
- Please ensure you are on the right appraisal cycle and select your department.
- Click on the Create Objectives button to start inputting.
