How to Setup Custom Score
In this guide, we will show you how to set up custom score
1. Log in to the SeamlessHRMS, and navigate to the Performance Management Module.
2. Click on the Appraisal period to create or edit an existing one.
Please note that you can only edit a period that has not yet commenced.
Also, note that the custom score option must have been enabled in the Appraisal Cycle
3. Navigate to the 6th option (Custom Scores), adjust the scores, and choose whatever field you want to add the custom score from.
4. In the custom score segment, type in the title, and assign a weight to the segment. Choose if you want the additional score should be based on the organization or employee basis.
5. For the employee basis, select the role that needs to be the inputter of the score(Admin, HOD, ARC etc). Save the option.
6. Complete the setup.
