How To Setup 360 Degree Review
The outlined details below is how an admin can setup a 360 degree appraisal.
1. From the Performance admin dashboard, go to Setting, then select 360 degree evaluation from the list of headers.
2. Based on your organizational policies, select how you would like your employees to be peered, automatic selection which is done by the system based on paygrade and departments, employees - employee is able to select the peers that will review him/her, admin - admin select for each employee.
3. You can also select authorised individuals to see the details of employees' peers or select the specific roles you would like to see peers' details.
4. You can toggle this if you would like authorized individuals to see the details of the subordinate(s) that reviewed them during an appraisal or select the specific roles you would like to see details of employee's subordinate.
PS: Please note that after you have set this up, you are required to activate the 360 degree when setting up your appraisal period.
