How To Set Up Custom Scoring On SeamlessPerformance
Here is how to setup custom scoring on the Seamless performance module.
1. From the Admin board, go to Settings, then select 'custom ratings' from the list of headers.
Ensure that you are applying this custom scoring to the right appraisal cycle. If you have not created an appraisal cycle, here is the link to create an appraisal cycle.
2. Select if you would like to activate a start and end scale for this rating.
3. Select if you would like this rating to be your default rating scale.
4. Select from a scale of 2-10 which you would like to use for this ratings
5. Select your start value
6. Input your minimum and maximum value of the ratings you want.
7. Input the title (name) as well as a description of the rating scale
8. Input the label (what you would want to appear to all your employees during appraisal) e.g A,B,C or 1,2,3,4 etc.
PS: You can also decide to hide rating scales during an appraisal , by just clicking on the hide this scale button.
