How To Set Up Leave Roll-Over Days

Rollover Leave Days are employees' leftover leave days from a previous financial year. This is a step-by-step guide on how admins can set up rollover days on a leave policy

1. From the leave management module, click on leave policies.

2. From the list of created policies, click on the action button before you click on Edit

3. Go to Paygrades

4. Input the rollover date and the date the rollover will expire by clicking on the calendar space to pop out the calendar.

5. Select the paygrades that are eligible for leave rollovers; only paygrades that are selected would see the leave roll from their ESS.

6. Reconfirm that the dates are correct for each paygrade

7. Click Update to save your changes.
