How To Set Up Head of Department

Follow the steps below to set up the Head of Department

  1. Launch the HRIS app. 
    hr 1
  2. Select Job management from the left pane. 
  3. Click on Departments.

  4. Click the pencil icon to add/edit the Head of Department on the job role
  5. Input the Name of Department for a New Department or scroll to step 8 to add a new Head of Department
  6. Input Preferred Description
  7. Confirm if the department is regional
  8. Choose the Head of Department
  9. Click Update Department to save changes
