How To Set Up Employee Directory

Here is a step by step guide of how admins can set up the employee directory. Privileged admin can determine basic information about employees at a glance.

From your HRIS, follow the steps below

1. Click in Employee settings from your HRIS menu

2. Locate the Employee dashboard by scrolling through the tabs 

3. Should your employees see the list of those on leave within their department or in the entire organisation 

4. Should employee see their paygroup 

5. Do you want your employees to see their Job role 

6. Select the details you want employees to see about their colleagues

7. Click on save settings to save your setting
