How to Select the Confirmation Status Eligible for an Appraisal.

Follow the steps below to select the confirmation status eligible for an appraisal.

  1. Launch the performance module.

  2. Click on the appraisal cycle button by the left pane (Ensure that the appraisal cycle has been created. Here is a guide on how to create an appraisal cycle.
  3. Click on the appraisal period button to create new one.

  4. Fill in the information in the first stage.

  5. The next stage takes you to the participant page, and choose the confirmation status eligible for that appraisal to complete the process
