How to Sanction Employees
Follow the steps below to sanction employees
1. Click on cases and select view to view the case details
2. Click on the action button and select sanction
3. Select the sanction type from the list of sanctions on the system
4. Type in more summary about the sanction. For example, if sanction type is a letter, a draft of the content of the letter can be created using placeholders.
- The placeholders help admins set up different letters with ease because it can be used for different employees.
- The placeholder behaves as a dynamic place holder in such a way that you can pass a particular value for that placeholder. For example, The placeholder can have a variable for {name}, {pay grade}, {offence category} etc and it automatically picks the employee attached to the case.
After this is done, click on the submit button to apply the sanction on the employee.
