# How to Resolve a Query as an Admin

## Follow the step-by-step guide below to resolve an employee's query.

1. From the Admin Dashboard, Launch the Disciplinary Module

2. Click on the Queries,

3. Search for the employee to view the query
4. Click on the view and then

5. Click on the view (query thread)

6. Click on Resolve to Close the Query.
