How To Raise A Job Requisition As A Supervisor.

As a Line Manager, HOD or Supervisor, you can raise a job requisition. That is, you can make a request for to fill a vacant role. To do so, follow the steps below.

1. Launch the SeamlessHRMS and switch to your Supervisor's view.

2. Select Job Requisitions on your left pane and fill out the request form. Screenshot 2023-01-23 at 7.39.19 PM

3. Click on Save. Ensure you have updated the fields with all the necessary information before you select Save.

4. Once you save, it would be pending approval of the person(s) in the approval workflow of the requisition policy you attached to this job request, when filling the request form in step 2.

5. While it is pending approval, you can View Request or Edit Requisition.

6. Once the job requisition has been approved, the status would change to APPROVED and this means that the recruitment admins are on it. A new hire is on the way.
