How to Complete Performance Reviews as a Line Manager.
Here is a video guide on how to take a performance review for employees as line managers.
N.B: Line managers will not be able to input individual scores for performance review. A performance review is a check-in between line managers and employees, and line managers can only rate the employee's performance and give a comment.
Scores can only be inputted during the appraisal period.
