How to Nudge Appraisers during a 360-degree appraisal- Admin

This new update allows admins to nudge appraisers to take the required actions during a 360-degree appraisal.

For Admins, you will be required to follow the steps below after switching to the admin role on your ESS dashboard;

1. Log into your ESS Dashboard

2. Switch to the "Admin role" on your ESS Dashboard

Launch the SeamlessPerformance Management Application on your SeamlessHRMS

3. Click on Appraisal/Reviews

4. Click on Appraisal Status

5. Click on Action

6. Select "Bulk Nudge Appraisers"

7. Click on "Nudge all pending"

You will then get a prompt that shows you the stages taken to nudge your appraisers to be successful.
