How to Liquidate your Loan
Follow the step-by-step guide below to liquidate your loan on SeamlessHR Employee Benefits.
1. Launch the SeamlessHR Module and select Employee Benefits on your ESS
2. Click Existing Benefits to view all loan requests
3. Search for the active loan and click View to view the loan request
4. Select "I want to liquidate my loan"
5. Click Continue to generate virtual account for payment
6. Once virtual account is generated, make payment to the account.
7. Await 10-15mins to have loan status updated to completed.
Note: Once payment is completed, send proof of payment to embeddedfinance@seamlesshr.com. By sharing an email, you increase the immediacy of clearing out your existing loan.
